Role Overview

We’re hiring an Account Manager to lead and steward client accounts with clarity, ownership, and perspective.

 

In this role, you will guide day-to-day account management while ensuring work is aligned, thoughtful, and consistently moving forward. You bring structure to complexity – translating strategy into execution, aligning internal teams, and creating a seamless experience for clients.

 

Success in this role looks like confidently owning your accounts in a way that creates space for leadership to focus on growth, while maintaining a high standard across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Own

Client Leadership & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact across 4 client accounts
  • Lead meetings with clarity and intention, ensuring conversations are structured and productive
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and talking points in advance
  • Maintain consistent, thoughtful communication so clients feel informed and supported
  • Translate client needs into clear internal direction, setting teams up for success 

 

Account Ownership & Execution

  • Guide timelines, deliverables, and follow-through across all accounts
  • Ensure work is complete, accurate, and ready for client review
  • Maintain momentum across projects by anticipating needs and taking initiative
  • Identify potential gaps or risks early and navigate them with solutions
  • Keep systems and documentation organized across Asana, Google Drive, and internal workflows

 

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner closely with Social, Paid, Lifecycle, Web, and Creative teams
  • Provide clear briefs, context, and feedback loops
  • Ensure all work reflects strategy, brand voice, and performance goals
  • Keep stakeholders aligned across priorities and timelines

 

Strategy & Performance Awareness

  • Understand how marketing strategy translates across channels (paid, social, lifecycle, web)
  • Review performance and help translate insights into next steps
  • Ensure deliverables support both creative integrity and business outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to deepen impact across accounts

 

Standards of Communication & Preparation

  • Client-facing materials are prepared and reviewed in advance
  • Meetings result in clear notes, next steps, and ownership
  • Communication creates clarity across both clients and internal teams
  • Presence and responsiveness are maintained during client business hours

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years in account management, client services, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing across social, paid, lifecycle, and web
  • Ability to engage with and evaluate work—not just manage tasks
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts at once
  • Clear, confident communication across clients and teams
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Are bilingual (English + Spanish)
  • Have supported content shoots, events, or creator/influencer programs
  • Are familiar with tools like Asana, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, or AgencyAccelerator
